Vine Street Partners (VSP) is a pacific northwest, family-owned & operated, development and investment company. Establishment in 2013, VSP develops, owns, and leases commercial office projects to various government agencies, focusing our investments in the Pacific Northwest. VSP continues the Vine Street Group legacy, established by two prominent PNW families and stretching back 3 generations of family ownership to its founding in 1978.

Vine Street Partners values and recognizes the importance and the contribution of our civil servants to our society. We strived to provide exceptional office space with impressive service, integrity and a commitment to delivering results, with the highest quality standards for our government tenants. Comprising 82,000 sq. ft. of rentable office space. Vancouver entered service in 2014.

Comprised of 32,800 sq. ft. of rentable office space. Moses Lake was completed in 2015.

Olympia Union Tower

Union Tower is a 60,000 sq. ft. office building that will house the headquarters for the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. Union Tower entered service in 2019.

Vista Point DSHS

Kennewick, WA – DSHS entered service in Fall 2020 with 21,000 sq. ft. and an option to build an additional 25,000 sq. ft. on the site.

VSP owns and leases a total of 195,800 sq. ft. to various government tenants around Washington State and is active in developing new government focused projects.

We are a proud founding member of GBOLA.

Government Building Owners & Lessors Association (GBOLA) represents a group of building owners who got together in 1994 to promote the efficiencies of the private sector in providing leasehold facilities that best serve the interests of government agencies, their employees and their communities.
